STD I :- 5 ½ Years should be completed as on 1st June.

Original Birth Certificate
Xerox of caste certificate, if in reserved category
Std II to Std X:-
School leaving certificate from the last school attended.
Progress report of the last qualifying exam.
Fees Regulations:-
Tuition fees should be paid as specified in the fee structure in quarterly installments.
Office hours for fees transaction are from Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5: 00 pm & Saturday 10: 00am to 2:00pm .
Admission will be confirmed after completion of necessary office procedure and payment of the fees.
Once admission is confirmed fees will not be refunded. Only deposit will be refunded after the completion of student’s S.S.C. board examination.
School Rules:-
Uniform :
The school uniform consists of a half-sleeved Shirt and Half Pants (for boys), a blouse and Pinafore (for girls), and socks and plain black leather shoes.
Leave :
To apply for leave of absence, the leave application in the calendar, duly completed by guardian, one line at a time, should be presented to the Principal as soon as the need for the leave is felt. If the calendar is with the teacher; a leave letter should be submitted. The Principal has the right to deny or cancel leave at his discretion. No leave will be granted for weddings, festivals, etc., or because the parents have to go out. Absence without leave is a grave offence deserving severe punishments such as expulsion.
Discipline :
Strict regularity, implicit obedience, politeness and courtesy in speech and conduct, smart¬ness and cleanliness of dress and person are rigidly insisted upon. Objectionable conduct, whether in or out of school, is punishable with expulsion. Any magazine, periodical, Transistor, mobile, calculator or any other article, should not be brought to school. Pupils suffering from infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend school, till they recover and submit medical certificate. If belongings of students are left in the classroom, it can be collected from the storeroom.
The calendar must be brought to school daily and should be maintained carefully. The Pupil should write down the daily assignment, and guardian should countersigned it in the space provided. The Margin is reserved for the remarks of the principal and of the teachers. If the guardians wish to state anything, a separate letter should be written. Whenever a pupil presents himself before the principal, he must have the Calendar with him.
Withdrawal:
No school leaving Certificate is issued unless the guardian makes a request in writing. Ordinarily, one month's notice has to be given. A pupil whose name is borne on the register on the first day of the second semester examination has to pay the tuition fee for May even if he is withdrawn in April.
Guardians :-
Guardians should Co-Operate with the school by enabling their wards to observe the rules by insisting upon punctuality and regularity in attending school and studying at home. Communica¬tions, if any should be addressed to the principal, the Pupil's standard, division and roll number should invariably be mentioned. The Principal is available for interview ordinarily from 10.00a.m. to 12.00Noon every day. Parents can meet the teachers every week on Saturday regarding their wards performance in school .Guardians are reminded that, according to the school code, they cannot dictate to the school authorities, but the school authori¬ties have the right to prescribe. the conditions for admitting a child and for retaining him in school.
