Pre-Primary:-
At PIS, the first few years of a child’s life are extraordinary that define all the years to follow. we have regular classroom structure but the “Learning Centers” that take care of all the basic concepts that are a pre-requisite for child’s overall personality development. Activities in the Learning Centers are theme based.
Our learning curriculum provides the early learners with what they need: a safe world. This world is rich with opportunities to actively explore and enjoy: to see, hear, feel, touch, and move.

Admission Procedure:-
REGISTRATION:-The Registration Form and Brochure to be purchased from the School Office. The Form(below) can also be downloaded from the website and amount paid at the time of Form submission at school office.
Admission is open to all children irrespective of race, nationality, religion, caste or gender.
There will be no entrance test for children applying for Pre-Primary
The child needs to fulfill age criteria as stipulated by the School Managing Committee and ratified upon.
Only 25 children per class ,per division
Submission of Application Form does not ensure admission to the school.
After confirmation of admission the student is expected to undergo a complete medical check up and the report submitted to the school office before the commencement of school. The report should not be more than 60 days old.
Fees Payment on or before due date.
The fee structure is subject to change at the discretion of the school management.
The decision of the school authorities regarding admission shall be final and binding.
Originals will have to be produced for verification.
Parents to register their child for the Admission Process by submitting the completed Registration Form at the School Office to the Admission Coordinator.
CONFIRMATION: The admission will be confirmed after the completed Admission Form is submitted along with documents:- 2 photos , School Leaving Certificate, Caste Certificate ,Birth Certificate , Address Proof , Identity Proof[Mother/Father] Medical Fitness certificate and last Academic Report.
AGE CRITERIA:-
Nursery : 2.10 years complete as on 31st May
Junior K.G. : 3.10 years complete
Senior K.G. : 4 .10 years complete
Class I : 5 .10 years complete
Std 2 & above : Based on the promotion from previous class
FEE PROCEDURE
All dues shall be deposited before term ends
Fees shall be paid through Challan in Bank as per school norms.
Installments months are mentioned in Challan Book as per class
For late payment fine shall be charged if paid after 15th of every month.
Cheque bouncing charges shall be charged as per bank norms.
FEES ONCE PAID IS NON REFUNDABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
General Information
School Hours:-
The school hours at PIS, Monday to Friday.[Pre-Primary ] and Monday – Saturday [Primary & Secondary]
Pre-primary school functions for 2 & half hours to 3 hrs a day.
Primary section functions for four to five hours a day.[Mon-Fri] and 6 hrs on Saturday
The school timetable and number of working days provide for 200 days of effective instructions in a year.
Transport:-
Bus fees to be paid in 2 installments in the school office .[June and Nov]
Transport should be availed for the whole year .

BUS FORM AND BUS ICARD WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE
School bus routes are drawn up based on convenience and demand while ensuring that no route is overly long. Parents should consult the school’s transport in-charge for necessary details or any changes desired.
Parents of students are not allowed to travel in the bus under any circumstances.
Students who come on their own must report to school by 8:30 am.
Students are also not allowed to sit in parked buses during school hours.
A student using the school bus is expected to be at the bus stop at least ten minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus. The student has to be on the correct side of the arriving bus.
Students are allowed to use only their allotted bus and bus stop. There is no provision for temporary change in bus or bus stops. In such cases it is the responsibility of parents to drop their wards to the school. Such students may, however, return by their allotted bus.
Read the rules and regulations on the bus form before availing the bus service .
GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:-
Students are expected to behave well in Public and to represent the school with pride.
Students are expected to be alive to the learning process at all times whether in the class room or outside.
Inappropriate discrimination on ground of gender / race /religion /cultural background/or academic or sporting must be avoided at all times.
Student are expected to behave in a polite and courteous manner.
Student should avoid carrying cash.
Students should treat school property with respect and any damage to it must be brought to the notice of school authorities.
Parents are expected to cooperate with their child’s teachers to help guide their child to become an independent learner; to be aware of and show interest in the child’s developmental progress; to attend meetings and workshops sponsored by the school which are designed to inform parents of ways to help their child develop to his/her potential.
No tattoos or body art is allowed.
No nail Polish should be applied on the nails.
Students should not bring mobile phones, Mp3 players, and valuable belongings to school.
The purpose of discipline is to help children learn ways of behaving that are acceptable to themselves and to others. With very young children, this usually means setting limits for their safety, the safety of others and the safety of property.
Young children need to be reassured that the people who care for them will guide and protect them. All behavior has a reason and it is part of our behavior management to find out the cause of the behavior before setting a program to help a child deal with those difficult times. Classroom ground rules emphasize that the child will not hurt himself, any other person, or any property.
Corporal punishment is absolutely prohibited.
