I QWN A FLAT B1/202, AT 88/1, KHUSHBU EXOTICA KSHID PARK, PIMPLE GURAV, PUNE 11. I AM TRYING TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAX BASED ON THE DETAILS INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ISSUED BU PCMC. Please check your Milkat Number its 7 digit not 5/2 it is wrong milkat number

Hello Akanksha how can i get Milkat number of my property i have agreement copy of builder but till date I have not received any property tax bill, all other row house owners of my society have received property tax bill but i have not ..Please suggest what i can do

Please note you need to visit to the builder due to there are having this details
or else you can visit to PCMC Ward Office along with any one of row house owner of your society Property Tax bill so PCMC ward office person can be help you....
and if posible they give you the Property Tax bill also on the spot...
they will assist to you what is status and what is the next poress

Adding to what shivam said and your comments on that, I have received my property tax invoice and I see only 5 digit milkat number on it.
Any other source you would suggest to find the milkat number online apart from going to the builder and government office. please advice

you can take the zone number from your neighbor but for Property Tax Number you need Flat Notice
I have paid property tax to PCMC online but receipt of payment is not received online since error on web page. Amount of the tax is debited to my bank account. What is to be done to print receipt later?

Dear Respected Sir, Please visit your Bank and ask to Bank Manager about your transaction status if this Transaction is successfully than you need to take bank statment and visit to PCMC Tax department office and show your Bank Statement and if not successfully than ask to refund the amount to bank manager and than the bank manager will do the needfull action for this transaction...
