Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET) was established by Late Shri. Shankarrao B. Patil in the year 1990 with a vision to provide value added educational platform to society in multiple dimensions right from Nursery to Doctoral programs in all professional streams enabling all our students to achieve Freedom through Education.
Situated at a very approachable location near Akurdi Railway Station, Nigdi, Pune, PCET is a well-established and time tested brand in Education since 1990. PCET has seven institutes Pimpri Chinchwad Polytechnic (PCP), Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCoE), S.B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM), S.B. Patil Public School (SBPPS), Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research (PCCoER), S B Patil College of Science and Commerce, Ravet (SBPCSC) and S B Patil College of Architecture and Design (SBPCAD).Currently PCCOE is one of the best engineering colleges in India.
PCP, PCCoE and SBPIM are operational in Pradhikaran, Nigdi, in more than 10 Acres of land and having more than 4500 students on board. SBPCAD is also situated in the same campus from the academic year 2014-15. The complete campus is well equipped with all latest infrastructural facilities, Sports facilities, spacious lawn and hostel facility for boys and girls. SBPPS established at Ravet, Pune, from academic year 2012-13. PCCoER and SBPCSC also established at Ravet from academic year 2014 - 15.

Pimpri Chinchwad Polytechnic (PCP):-
PCP was established in 1990 having 3 years full time Diploma programs after 10th standard in engineering branches. PCP is an ISO 9001:2008 certified, approved by AICTE and affiliated to MSBTE, Mumbai. PCP offers Diploma programs in Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Information Technology Engineering.
Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCoE):-
PCCoE was established in 1999 having full time undergraduate degree programs in Engineering and Post Graduate programs like ME, MBA and MCA with intake of 872 in two shifts. PCCoE is permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. PCCoE is an ISO 9001:2008 certified and also accredited by NBA for engineering programs.
PCCoE offers undergraduate degree programs Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering and Civil Engineering and post graduate degree programs Mechanical Engineering (Heat Power Engineering, Design), Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (VLSI), Computer Engineering and Information Technology Engineering. PCCoE also offers management post graduate degree programs Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

We, at PCCoE try to connect with as many companies as possible for placement of students. We enjoy the advantage of getting cream layer of students at our institutes. Our Alumni are also performing well in the industries where they are placed. Hence we could get the recognition from industries. We believe that the backbone of our T&P Cell is our student volunteers of T&P Cell who work very hard with full enthusiasm to conduct the recruitment drives smoothly. All these volunteers develop their management skills, interpersonal skills and above all Leadership skills. All such student volunteers become Managers/ Project leaders earlier in their career as compared to their other counterparts because of these skills. We would like to assure Industry, Students and Parents that we will not leave any stone unturned to make all our stakeholders Happy and Proud.
Industry Institute Interaction cell caters for enhancing not only the employability skills of the passing out students but also the overall development of their personality. The cell organizes on campus and off campus recruitments and pre-placement training programs through Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Interviews and presentation skills in collaboration with the industries and alumni. Mock interviews and GDs are conducted on a regular basis so as to equip final and pre-final year students to face the challenges of the recruitment scenario. Large numbers of students are absorbed by the companies from the nearby industrial area. We proudly say that around 85% of our eligible students get placed in various reputed companies every year.

The U. G. Engineering program is a full-time four-year graduation programme, which aims at transforming a student into a professional with academic excellence and research aptitude. The programme has industry oriented curriculum and a wide range of value addition courses. The program aims to develop holistic personality of students including domain knowledge and soft skills and makes them not only complete technologists but also good human beings with respect for human and national values.

a) Eligibility criteria for Maharashtra State Candidate
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject .
Secured minimum 50 % marks (minimum 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject added together.
Obtained a positive Composite score* i.e., score obtained after adding 50% of JEE (Main) 2015 (Paper 1) marks percentile and 50% of Standard XII (Board or Equivalent Examination) Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics marks percentile.
b) Eligibility Criteria for All India Candidates (Maharashtra & OMS):
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
Secured minimum 50 % marks (minimum 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject added together.

4. Submission of Grievances (if any) at ARC
5. Display of Final Merit List of candidates on website.
6. Filling and Confirmation of Option form for Round I by candidate through his/her Login
7. Display of Allotment of CAP Round I on website.
8. Reporting to respective Institutes as per allotment of CAP Round I
9. Filling of Online Option Form for CAP Round II by candidate through his/her Login.
10. Confirmation of Option form for Round II by candidate through his/her Login
